Yoga signifies the union of the body with the mind, the individual self with the higher self. Our breath is the link that unites the two.


When we combine breathing exercises with the Yoga postures and meditation it brings us inner calm and peace that we are born with.


When practised regularly there is a feeling of joy and clarity, along with positive thoughts. Yoga is very beneficial for blood circulation, sound sleep, anxiety, mood swings and provides overall wellbeing. It brings about an awareness of the present moment and helps relax the nerves and muscles.
