About the class:
I teach Sivananda style Hatha Yoga with breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation techniques. I also incorporate my knowledge from other yoga courses I have received.

Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes, light meal is better than a full stomach.
